I’m so glad you’re here.
Birth is a big deal—but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. For the past 8 years, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside families as a birth doula, offering steady hands, calm encouragement, problem solving and advocacy. Two years ago, I added postpartum doula care to my practice, because supporting families after baby arrives is just as important as the big day itself. And as a lactation counselor, I help take the mystery (and stress) out of feeding your little one—whether that’s with gentle guidance, hands-on tips, or simply reminding you that you’re doing a great job.
My goal in this all is too make your journey into parenthood feel supported, empowered, and maybe even a little lighter. Every family is different, every birth is unique, and I consider it a true honor to be invited into these sacred moments.

In addition to the services previously listed you will receive a 2nd prenatal meeting to build a birth plan, go over stretches, pain management, childbirth education classes, flow of labor and an in person postpartum check in to review your birth, go over any questions you may have or referrals you may need.
